The cap has a clamping device provided with a pair of reciprocal elastic restraining arms (13, 14) and fixed with a cylindrical blind-ended tube (16') by a spring (17). Two outer parts (13', 14') of the reciprocal elastic restraining arms are connected with lower ends of teeth (20). The teeth are engaged with a rim (23). An upper mouth of a container is provided with a lid (11). The reciprocal elastic restraining arms are provided with slots (24) in parallel. Upper parts of the reciprocal elastic restraining arms are formed with a through-hole (15).
