The invention relates to an installation for carrying out mine raises and cole pits, into any kind of rock, namely, for drifting by drilling the mentioned works and for supporting the walls thereof, operations which may be successive or simultaneous. After the drilling operation, in order to carry out the operation of supporting the mine raise walls in a short time and with reduced costs, the installation comprises a bottom plate (26) mounted at the mine raise orifices, said bottom plate (26) having mounted thereon the translation columns (2) and the hydraulic cylinders (10) belonging to the drilling subassembly (A), these being mounted through a rod to the bottom plate (26) and having mounted at the upper side some tackles (27), over which there are passed some solid cables (28), with one of the ends fastened to the bottom plate (26), by means of a monobloc piece, and with the other end anchored to some handling ears (29) fastened on the cintres casing column (30).
