摘要
The invention relates to a Bacillus thuringiensis strain called ICCF 280, isolated from the spontaneous flora from dead larvae of Hyphantria cunea, which, on the Nutrient-Agar agaric medium grow as colonies with a 3...5 mm diameter, at 72 h from culturing, with a smooth shiny flattened surface of creamy consistence and whitish colour. The strain grows well and very well in the submerged culturing on media with maltose, mannose, fructose, trehalose, glucose, starch corn, of potatoes, dextrine and sugar beet molasses as carbon sources, with L-alanine, L-leucine, L-valine, L-cistine, L-cysteine, L-asparagine, flour of soy, of Proflo cotton, of Pharmamedia cotton, fodder yeast and corn extract, as organic nitrogen sources and salts of calcium, potassium, magnesium and manganese. The pH of the media favorable to submerged development ranges from 6.0 to 8.0, and the temperatures favourable to development range from 15 to 40 . The spore concentrations obtained by submerged culturing range from 1x10#9# to 10#10# spores/ml of culture liquid. The insecticidal preparations obtained on the basis of the spores and the crystals in the culture liquids are efficient in fighting against the larvae of Hyphantria cunea, Mamestra brassicae, Pieris rapae, Lymantria dispar, Tortrix viridana, Cydia funebrana, Cydia pomonella and Geometridae.
