METHOD FOR SURGICAL ORGAN-SPARING TREATMENT OF PYLORODUODENAL ULCERS

The method for the surgical organ-sparing treatment of the pyloroduodenal ulcers comprises the selective proximal vagotomy in addition to the conventional surgical means of the treatment. The selective proximal vagotomy is performed sparing pes anserinus of the anterior branch of Laterge nerve being separated from the cicatrical and inflammatory tissue. Then the ulcer is dissected at the border of its non-destructed edges followed by the adequatepyloroplasty.
