METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PENETRATED TRANSPERINEAL WOUNDS OF RECTUM OUTSIDE MESOCOLON

The method for the surgical treatment of the penetrated transperineal wounds of the rectum outside the mesocolon comprises the primary surgical treatment of the wound, the suturing of the rectal wound from outwards, the sphincteroplasty with draining of the perineal wound. According to the invention the wound is drained with the plastic film protector of the required size. The surgery is completed with the superior-medial laparotomy and the application of the transversostoma.
