TECHNIQUE OF CHOLECYSTOTOMY WITH LITHOEXTRACTION AND SPLENECTOMY IN PATIENTS WITH HEREDITARY MICROSPHEROCYTOSIS COMPLICATED WITH GALL BLADDER CALCULOSIS

摘要

The technique of cholecystotomy with lithoextraction as the preserving surgery in the patients with the hereditary microspherocytosis complicated with the calculosis of gall bladder consists in concurrent splenectomy and cholecystotomy with lithoextraction. Cholecystotomy is performed following the mobilization of the bile duct in parallel to the gall bladder artery. The length of the incision should be sufficient for digital and if necessary visual revision of the gall bladder. The integrity of the gall bladder is restored by the blind suture.
