The method for puncture treatment of the bone cysts with the biological hydroxyapatite comprises the employment of the biologically active material. The syringe with the screw-running piston and the bone needles are used. As the auxiliary substance 5% solution of aminocaproic acid is employed. The biological hydroxyapatite with 80 mm-sized particles is administered into the cyst cavity and the sterile glycerol is added.
