The method for the reconstruction of the lateral wall of the attic in treating the chronic purulent middle otitis is performed by the fixation of the bone graft. In addition, the wedge-like trepanation of the bone wall is performed in the anterior part of the defect in the lateral wall of the attic. The graft matches the defect by its size and shape.
