A METHOD FOR PREPARING ORGANO-FUNCTIONALIZED -AMINOPROPYLSILICA MESOPOROUS SORBENT OF MSM-41 TYPE WITH A HIGHLY ORDERED SPACE PATTERN AND REGULATED CONTENT OF FUNCTIONAL GROUPS

摘要

A method for preparing organo-functionalized -aminopropylsilica mesoporous sorbent of MSM-41 type with a highly ordered space pattern and regulated content of functional groups. It comprises preparing the required solution of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr) in water, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and organic-silicon compound to this solution with subsequent intensive mixing at the room temperature, filtering out the formed sediment and washing thereof with distilled water and ethanol, drying-out and removal of surface-active substance by boiling in the acid solution of ethanol, filtering-out the formed sediment, washing thereof with ethanol and drying-out. A relative quantity of micella-forming surface-active substance in the reacting mixture being reduced. -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTMS) is used as the source of organic-silicon compound.
