METHOD FOR ESTIMATING THE INTENSITY OF THE SPREAD OF THE ALIMENTARY CANAL MALIGNANT TUMOUR

The proposed method for estimating the intensity of the spread of the alimentary canal malignant tumour implies analysis of heparinized red-dark blood and consists in determining the parameter that characterizes the content of nitrogen oxide and hemoglobin (NO-Hb) in red-dark blood by a method based on electron paramagnetic resonance. The tumour is estimated as a local one û T 1-3N0-2M0 if the value of the said parameter is 1.4 ... 2.0, and as a spreading one T3-4N0-2M1 if the value of the parameter is 2.4 ... 5.5.
