METHOD FOR PREDICTING EFFICACY OF TREATING ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

The method for predicting the efficacy of treating the erectile dysfunction provides for the sampling and analyzing the biological tissue. The induced NO-synthase activity is assessed in the cavernous blood prior to and after sodium sildenafil is taken with accompanying erotic video stimulation. The increase of NO-synthase activity above 0.32 nmol/ml/min suggests that the conservative treatment of the erectile dysfunction is effective.
