METHOD FOR CLEANING MINE FAN AND THE CHANNELS OF VENTILATION UNIT OF MAIN AERATION

Method for cleaning mine fan and the channel of ventilation unit of the main aeration with removal of stick dust and sediments of rock which does not lead to mechanical damage of the surface of the flow-through parts of fans and ventilation channels. Before beginning of implementation of the method, to the fan being in reserve one connects two flexible hoses with following feeding water through one of those, and through the other one û compressedair, with installing a slime pump to remove dust and rock mass; the dust particles are wetted and washed off, together with rock particles, with water, from the elements of the flow-through part of the fan: the paddles, disks of the wheel, directing apparatuses, main and intermediate shafts, ventilation channels, the pits for switch and reversing; after that by compressed air one finally removes the particles of rock mass remaining from the same elements of the fan and the ventilation unit; the slime formed at cleaning in the lower part of the spiral housing of radial or axial fan and channels is removed by means of slime pump.
