METHOD FOR LAPAROSCOPIC ACCESS TO ELEMENTS OF HEPATODUODENAL LIGAMENT AND HEAD OF PANCREAS

The method for the laparoscopic access to the elements of the hepatoduodenal ligament and the head of pancreas provides for inserting the trocars in the standard points. Through the additional micropuncture in the epigastral area the ligature is inserted. Then the ligature is guided under the round ligament of liver and taken outwards through the second micropuncture. Then the edge of the liver is elevated holding it by the ligature until the elements of the hepatoduodenal ligament and the head of pancreas are distinctly visualized.
