METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING CANINE DIROFILARIASIS IN LIVE ANIMALS

The method for diagnosing canine dirofilariasis in live animals consists in staining the sample of the stabilized blood followed by examination of the sample under the microscope. The erythrocytes are hemolyzed with the distilled water. The sample isstained with methylrosanilinum chloride.
