METHOD FOR SHORT-CIRCUITED TECHNOLOGY OF RANKING OF FINE CLASS WASTE DURING PREPARATION OF MINERALS

A method of the short-circuited technology of ranking of fine class waste at concentration of minerals, in which in the last operation with the help of radial thickeners the mixture is divided into two parts - liquid and thick, which by coal suckers is forwarded into the sludge tank, and liquid part is returned to the technological process. After extraction from the slime of the particles of useful mineral the remainder of mixture is consecutively subject to clarification and, after removal of the clarified water, to condensation, the sediment on the surface of material is formed having low resistance in comparison with the flow of liquid, dewatered and ranked on the waste dump.
