DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MAKING VARYING BETS, TECHNIQUE FOR PLACING BETS, AND DEVICE FOR ACCEPTING DATA

The device and the method for making the varying bets, the technique for placing the bets, and the device for accepting the data provide for making the bets on the basis of the fixed or floating stakes in totalizator system, in particularly computerized one, allowing for commissions for the operator and avoiding the possible abuse on the part of the gamblers. The system proposed comprises the techniques of pooling the stakes, the techniques for accepting the data on the bets, the techniques for assuring the bates according to the fixed stakes concerning one or several results, the techniques for providing entries concerning the bets, and the techniques for limiting the obligations for fixing the cash for the payment according to the result indicated not exceeding the stipulated cash. The maximal cash equals the pool of the stakes divided by the number of the results requiring the payments taking into account the commissions and the cash reserved for the payments by the bets made with the fixed stakes.
