METHOD FOR ENHANCING THE SENSITIVITY OF THE ISOLATED INTACT MUSCLE OF AN ANIMAL TO ACETYLCHOLINE

The proposed method for enhancing the sensitivity of the isolated intact muscle of an animal to acetylcholine consists in incubating an isolated muscle of an experimental animal, such as a frog, in solution of mix of acetylcholine with cysup pharmacological preparation that enhances the muscle sensitivity. Before the removal of the muscle, cysaprite monohydrate is administered to the animal in amount of 80 mg per 1 kg of body weight, once in a day, for three days.
