METHOD OF ESTIMATING FUNCTIONALITY RESERVE OF MONONUCLEAR BLOOD CELLS BY USING THE 'GOLD SECTION' PRINCIPLE

The proposed method of estimating functionality reserve of mononuclear blood cells consists in isolating mononuclear blood cells, incubating the isolated blood cells together with dexametazone, staining the incubated cells with dye, and determining the apoptosis induction indication as the ratio of the spontaneous apoptosis indication to the induced apoptosis indication. The apoptosis induction indication value within 0.6106 ... 0.6301 corresponds to optimal functionality of the mononuclear blood cells. If the said value is less than 0.6106, the cell functionality reserve is increased. The value of more than 0.6301 indicates depletion of the cell functionality reserve.
