Method for compensation of reactive power of a thyristor asynchronous electric drive of fans in stock premises is in its additional generation depending on the temperature in premises, variation of feeding power of the asynchronous electric motors ofexhaust fans, rotation of those are the output power of the tachometer generator, this comes to the comparator node where the signal is compared to the signal from the drive. The resultant signal is fed to the controlled rectifier controlling the excitation current of synchronous motor, this one operates in over-excited mode and generates reactive power to electric circuit and is used for the drive of the inflow fan of the electro-fan heater unit. Depending on the rate of the tachometer generator measuring the frequency of rotation of the electric motor of the fan drive one changes in proportion the output voltage of the controlled rectifier, this changes the current through the excitation winding of the synchronous motor and the value of the reactive compensation power.
