The method for switching off the cerebral aneurisms, particularly those of the giant size and with the wide neck comprises the puncture of the femoral artery, the insertion of the introducer to the internal carotid or the vertebral artery, the insertion to the catheter the microguide and the graft-stent on the high pressure balloon-catheter up to the level of aneurism neck. Then the aneurism is switched off the circulation with the aid of the graft-stent.
