METHOD OF DETERMINING TOXIC OR THERAPEUTIC DOSES OF DRUG

The proposed method of determining toxic or therapeutic doses of drug consists in testing doses with cell test-culture and estimating the influence of each dose on survival of the test-culture cells by comparing the cell survival indication with a specified indication. As the test-culture, a culture containing human body cells is used. The cell survival indication is determined by injecting 3-(4,5-dimethyldiasol-2-il)-2,5-diphtenyltetrasolbromide, with the following injection of dimethylsulfoxide, and then carrying out spectrophotometric analysis of the produced solution at an optical radiation wavelength of 550 nm.
