METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF ANTIFRICTION MATERIAL ROMANIT-AB, ANTIFRICTION MATERIAL ROMANIT-AB PRODUCED BY THIS METHOD (VARIANTS) AND ELEMENT OF A FRICTION UNIT (VARIANTS)
The method for production of antifriction material includes preparation of charge by mixing the powder-like components of antifriction material, moulding and fusion of charge, and impregnation of the components of antifriction material with oil. After fusion of the components of antifriction material, they are impregnated with oil containing from 0.5 to 10 percent by mass of ultra-dispersed powder of diamond. In this case the consistency of oil and the size of particles of ultra-dispersed powder of diamond are selected in such a manner that after impregnation the oil amount in the antifriction material makes from 0.5 to 40 percent by mass, and the amount of ultra-dispersed powder of diamond - from 0.1 to 5 percent by mass. Antifriction material in the form of sintered powders of ferrophosphorus, iron, graphite and copper or its alloys with localized inclusions of granules contains copper and graphite, and contains oil with ultra-dispersed powder of diamond as a binder. In this case the granules have a size of 0.4-0.2 mm. The friction unit element includes a bearing element with layer of antifriction material from sintered powders offerrophosphorus, iron, graphite and copper or its alloys with localized inclusions of granules containing copper and graphite. Antifriction material contains oil with ultra-dispersed powder of diamond and carbon fibres, glass or sulphur as a binder.
