METHOD FOR PREVENTING RUPTURE OF POSTERIOR WALL OF AORTA AND AVOIDING PARAVALVULAR INSUFFICIENCY IN EMPLOYING PROSTHESIS OF AORTIC VALVE

The method for preventing the rupture of the posterior wall of aorta and avoiding the paravalvular insufficiency in employing the prosthesis of the aortic valve comprises the stage of the direct control of the quality of prosthesis fixation and application of the separate square-topped sutures. The combined atrioventricular fixation is employed with the separate square-topped sutures. Two or three separate sutures are fixed taking them through aorta from outside via Teflon strip within the projection of the left coronary part of the dissected aortic valve and along the greater curvature of the monodisk prosthesis. The rest of the sutures are fixed in the projections of non-coronary, left, and right coronary parts of the aortic valve in the aortal position and partially along the greater curvature of the monodisk prosthesis.
