VISUALIZATION DEVICE FOR SEPARATING VASCULAR GRAFTS AND TECHNIQUE FOR TAKING VASCULAR GRAFTS

The visualization device for separating the vascular grafts comprises the cylindrical casing with the enclosed power supply. The casing terminates with the bushing connected with the tube flexed at an angle of 80-90 DEGREE . The flat operating unit is attached to the tube with the paddle at the end. The operating unit comprises the light sources connected to the power supply stated above. The opposite part of the casing contains the spring fixed by the shank. The technique for taking the vascular grafts consists in locating the site of the graft, accessing the vessel, and separating the required portion. The cut, 2-cm in length, along the line of skin stretching provides for the access to the vessel. Then the visualization device is inserted, the accessible portion of the vein is illuminated and separated.
