METHOD FOR MODELING IRREDUCIBLE HERNIA OF ABDOMINAL WALL

The method for modeling the irreducible hernia of the abdominal wall consists in preforming the defect of the abdominal wall two months prior to the major stage of the experiment. The cutaneous-subcutaneous-parietal flap is conserved. The major stage of the modeling experiment consists in dissecting the skin and the subcutaneous fat, separating the hernial sac, and applying the purse-string suture in the area of the hernial opening, pressing the organ within the hernial sac. Then the wound is sutured layer-by-layer.
