The method for generation of progressive propulsive force includes action on the external surface of the propeller, creation of the pressures difference of the medium. The pressure difference is created between the pressure simultaneously in the vacuum space and in the containers of the propeller sleeves and the pressure on the external surfaces of the bottom of these sleeves. Atmospheric pressureon the external surfaces of the bottom of sleeves located from one side of propeller beyond its external surface is obtained, progressive propeller force is obtained. Propeller has a housing with the sleeves connected to its surface hermetically by the bottom outside. In this case the bottoms are located beyond the limits of the housing surface. Housing has a vacuum space connected with the vacuum pump, are with containers of sleeves connected with the vacuum pump. Housing is made in the form of continuous body of trapezoidal form in the longitudinal section along the central axis of symmetry.Vacuum space located in its front part is also symmetrical with the relative central axis of symmetry. All projections of the external surfaces of the bottom of sleeves, which are located in the rear part of the continuous body are combined on the vacuum space, and the axes of these sleeves are inclined at an angle not exceeding 11 DEGREE 25' with the central axis of symmetry.
