The proposed composition of material for an ion-selective membrane electrode used for determining the total content of organic cations of oleic alkaloids or their acetylated modifications contains polyvinylchloride, dibuthylphtalate, and active substance such as weak-dissoluble salt of the compound of organic cations of oleic alkaloids or their acetylated modifications with 12-molybdophosphoric acid, with the general formula as (OK)3PMO12O40, where OK means organic cations of oleic alkaloids or their acetylated modifications.
