TECHNIQUE FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF ACETABULUM IN CONGENITAL DISLOCATION AND INCOMPLETE DISLOCATION OF HIP AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION

The technique for the reconstruction of acetabulum in the congenital dislocation and incomplete dislocation of hip provides for supra-acetabular osteotomy throughout the depth of ilium and the graduated displacement of the fragment produced until thecomplete overlapping of the head of femur. The lower plane of the cut fragment is tailored in the shape of the arch concentric to the arch of the head of femur. The upper plane of the fragment is displaced laterally to the lower plane. The arched trajectory of the graduated displacement of the cut fragment is followed. The device for the reconstruction of acetabulum in the congenital dislocation and incomplete dislocation of hip contains the pelvic support and the extension bar comprising the attachment components providing for attaching and dislocating the bone fragment relative to the head of femur.
