METHOD FOR ASSAYING ACTIVITY OF TRYPSIN-LIKE PROTEOLYTIC ENZYMES IN HUMAN BLOOD SERUM

The method for assaying the activity of trypsin-like proteolytic enzymes in human blood serum provides for the enzymatic hydrolysis of the substrate with proteinases producing para-nitroaniline. Then the product content is measured spectrophotometrically. N-a-benzoil-DL-aginine-para-nitroanilide hydrochloride is used as a substrate. The enzymatic assay is performed in the wells of the polystyrene plates or strips intended for immunoenzyme assays. The optical density of the control and assayed samples is measured employing the digital EIA reader and the proteolytic activity in blood serum is finally calculated.
