METHOD FOR TREATING RESISTANCE TO INSULIN IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE 2 WITH CONCOMITANT NON-ALCOHOLIC STEATOHEPATITIS

The method for treating resistance to insulin in the patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 with the concomitant non-alcoholic steatohepatitis provides for the therapy in complex with Metformin at a dose of 500 mg twice a day. In addition, Glutargin is administered intravenously dropwise as 4% solution in the volume of 50 ml diluted in 200 ml of 0.9% saline solution for 5 days in the cases of the low activity of steatohepatitis and for 10 days in the moderate activity of steatohepatitis. Later on, the tablets of Glutargin are taken 2 tablets (500 mg) thrice a day for 2 months.
