METHOD FOR ASSESSING BALANCE OF VEGETATIVE MAINTENANCE IN PATIENTS WITH HYPOTHYROIDISM

The method for assessing the balance of the vegetative maintenance in the patients with hypothyroidism comprises assaying the blood serum content of the thyrotropic hormone, measuring the maximal amplitude of the heart rate fluctuation (dX) and modalcardiointervals (ÇMO). In addition, the induced chemiluminescence of blood serum is analyzed. Then the index of vegetative disbalance (_VD ) and the index of chemiluminescence of blood serum (_HL) are calculated. When IHL / IVD ratio is within 0.95-1.05 in the setting of the increased blood serum content of the thyrotropic hormone, the vegetative maintenance is regarded as the balanced one and vice versa.
