摘要

The proposed method for detecting lenticular hydrocarbon traps and determining the trap configuration implies using the spline characteristic of the models of the top and bottom of the productive seam, which are produced from the results of seismic investigations. Method consists in determining the compatibility between the spatial structures of the top and bottom of the productive seam by using the models produced from the results of seismic investigations and dividing the two-dimensional diagrams of seismic geological profiles into diagrams that correspond to positive and negative dislocations, with consideration for the first and the second derivatives. The difference of the signs of the dislocations is used for detecting lenticular hydrocarbon traps.
