The method for the fixation of the forehead cutaneous-aponeurotic flap provides for the preoperative marking of the surgical incisions and the displacement vectors. Then the incisions are made in the hair part of the head and the tractions are performed in vertical and medial direction. The cutaneous-aponeurotic flap is fixed to the periosteum and the bone by the submerged buried sutures through the additional perforations in the cortical layer of the arch of cranium.
