The method for treating the deformity of half-lip provides for the separation of the flap followed by the generation of the duplicature. The cutaneous and muscular flap is cut from the external surface of the lip remnants with keeping intact the continuity of the undamaged portion of the orbicular muscle. The red fringe of the lip and its external surface are generated upon the displacement of thebuccal mucous-submucous flap.
