The invention relates to the stomatology, in particular to the technique for isolating the bone protrusions in the jaws performed directly inside the oral cavity. The technique provides for the preparation of the of the mucous membrane of the bone protrusions to be isolated, the spongious intraosteal anesthesia with Ultracaine D-C solution administered by the carpule syringe into the base of the mucous fold of the bone protrusion. Ultracaine D-C is injected for generating the swelling over the bone protrusion. The volume of injected solution depends on the compliance of the mucous membrane. Upon the bone protrusion is isolated, the needle is removed.
