The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the method for the combined treatment of the patients with locally disseminated cancer of larynx. The method comprises preoperative large fraction irradiation following singlet oxygen inhalations. The preoperative irradiation at a single focal dose of 5 Gy is performed for 4 days followed by the surgery.
