The arrangement is for guiding and releasable fixture of a bar (6) in a guide fixture (3) for adjusting the position of a first furniture part, such as a neck cushion (7), in relation to another furniture part on which the fixture is fitted. The guide fixture has a through channel with protuberances (81,82) at each end. The protuberances define beween them a fixture surface with acute receiving angles for opposite ends of a leaf spring (10), which with its convex side projects past the protuberances towards an opposite channel wall working with the bar.
