The briefcase-shaped and size bag is secured to the frame within the triangle defined by the saddle, steering column and pedal hub. The bag has two grooves extending from each short side to the bottom, enabling it to be secured in this triangle region. The bag is big enough to be used as a school bag. A fastener is provided for securing it to a womans bicycle and a suspension fitting is provided for hanging it from a mans bicycle. The shoulder strap is secured to itself to prevent it from getting in the way during cycling.
