The trouser support for concealment of bandiness and knock-kneed condition comprises an arrangement (1) for fixture of the support to the leg of a wearer and a support part (4) on the fixture arrangement for supporting the trouser inside. The support part is adjustable orthogonally in relation to the extent of the leg. The trouser support also incorporates an elongated flexible component (5), which is fixed in the support part and extends downwards along the leg to form an extended support for the trouser interior.
