摘要
A non-woven (1) comprising a mixture of renewable material, e.g. reed, bulrush, and thermoplastic binder fibers is air-laid (14) and then thermally consolidated. A layer of chopped reed straw is initially spread (9) on the input material (2) before carding (4) and air-laying on a perforated drum (13). The proportion of chopped reed can be up to 85 % of the total weight of the non-woven (1). It can also contain a flame-proofing agent and other additives, such as animal hairs or natural fibers.
