1. Lectern reading for bedridden patients, for enabling the reading of a book, or the like, a person in a position lying on the back, consisting of a hardboard of 510 x 280 x 16 mm. which it is variable stand proper, articulated on a vertical support, or fixed height with a heavy stabilizing base (18.5 Kg. approx.) provided with four swivel wheels for movement, characterized by a double joint formed by a screw 10 cm. long and 10 mm. diameter which is articulated in a "T" tubular vertical support and which has a double plate soldier returning articulated upon a piece shaped double angle by a through bolt 6 mm. in diameter, and is fixed to the board forming the stand itself, by means of four through screws 4 mm. diameter provided with their corresponding nuts; it also comprises a double swivel hook, one fixed and one movable, along a milling made in the board, which allows adjusting the clasps to the width of the book read object, said through hooks are iron rod galvanized 6 mm. in diameter, with the rear threaded, allowing, by a nut-cap vary the pressure exerted on coil springs book, and can be well adapted to the thickness of the different books; at the front end of the hooks there are two separate rubber stoppers to prevent slipping and marks on the pages of the book.
