Device for observing the sky with binoculars (1) characterized in that the object image observed previously reflected in a tilting or conventional first surface mirror (2), coupled to a stable structure (3) which they are also fixed binoculars, structure having two masts (4) on which the mirror rests whose viewing angle is adjusted by a regulator (5) and in turn incorporates a voltage regulator (6) for fixing in position desired.
