Procedure for obtaining a three-dimensional terrain model. It consists of: a) Select (1) the necessary data from a cartographic database and scan them for (2) a digital cartographic database or use (3) a numerical cartographic database already digitized data. b) Obtain (4) a digital terrain model (DTM), using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). c) Get (5) concerning an array of three-dimensional ground coordinate numerical data. d) Treat (6) the array of numeric data by specific applets to sort properly. e) To prepare (7) the data matrix for numerical control language (CN). f) Calibrate (8) a CNC machine. g) to (9) the three-dimensional terrain model (MTT), by machining by the CNC machine.
