Non-detergent composition based on fatty acids, stable, in the form of microemulsion, for administration to humans or animals comprising: - between 5 and 30% by weight of one or more fatty acids with free carboxylic acid function, a title of active substance; - between 5 and 35% by weight of one or more surfactants; - between 5 and 30% by weight of one or more C1-C12 alcohols, by way of co-surfactant; - between 5 and 35% by weight of one or more water-soluble compounds with carbonyl or hydroxyl function; and - between 0 and 35% by weight of one or more compounds immiscible with water; said composition having a pH below 6.5.
