MP) for driving rotation of said governing body (1) via output shaft driven (7 ) of an adder speed reducer (5) comprising P trees engine inlet (61, 62 ... 6P) and said driven shaft outlet (7), said reducer (5) P-1 associated differentials comprising ( 20, 21, 22), each differential comprising two pinions (13, 14), at least one planet gear (15, 16) and a shell or hull differential (17, 23), the shafts of the planetary pinions each differential (61, 62, 22, 63) in isolation, for the differential considered, drive shafts, while its center (17, 23) is actuated, the said shaft driven output (7) reducing said adder speeds (5) driven in rotation by the center of one of the P-1 differentials, permitiend or means (31, 32 ... 3P) ensure the irreversibility of each motor disposed between each motor shaft (61, 62 ... 6P) and the electric motor (M1, M2 ... MP) associated input.
