The grooves or recesses in each row are in longitudinal alignment with narrow risers (3), and are longitudinally offset with that of the next adjacent row to form a staggered arrangement forming a labyrinth between risers and between large faces (4) of the body. The large faces correspond to internal and external faces of the wall.
