IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INVENTION THE CATODE OF THE FREE DEVELOPMENT DIODE (DF) IS CONNECTED IN THE CATODE OF A FIRST CONNECTION DIODE (DE) AND IN A FIRST CONNECTION STRANGULATOR (LE2) AND IN THE FREE DEVELOPMENT DIODE (DF) ) THE ANODE OF A SECOND CONNECTION DIODE (D2) AND A SECOND CONNECTION STRANGULATOR (LE1), WHERE THE CATODE OF THE SECOND CONNECTION DIODE (D2) IS CONNECTED WITH THE OTHER CONNECTION OF THE FIRST CONCRETE (LE2) CONNECTION AND ADDITIONALLY WITH THE LOAD (L) AND THE CONTINUOUS VOLTAGE SOURCE (YOU) AND THE FIRST CONNECTION DIODE (DE) IS JOINED WITH THE CATHODE OF A THIRD CONNECTION DIODE (D1), WHOSE AODE IS UNDER THE SECOND CONNECTION OF THE SECOND STRANGULATOR (LE1) CONNECTION AND WITH THE POWER OF THE POWER SEMICONDUCTOR SWITCH (TH) AND WHERE AN ACCUMULATOR CONDENSER (CSP) IS PLACED BETWEEN THE SECOND CONNECTION DIODE (D2) AND THE CATODE OF THE THIRD CONNECTION DIODE ( ).
