The hydatic cupping-glass for medical intervention on a cyst incorporates two coaxial, transparent tubes (1,3) with a head (2) at one of their ends. The head defines a ring-shaped chamber (4) and an internal axial conduit (7). The chamber is closed on the head, opened at its free end (5) and assisted by a valve (6) which permits its coupling to a vacuum system, which generates through its mouth a suction effect on the periphery of the cyst to be treated. Via the axial tube is introduced the instrumentation for cutting, extraction, cleaning, visual control, etc. The head is provided with a closure system (8) to avoid the loss of positive pressure in the area of laparoscopic intervention. It also has another valve (9) which enables the axial conduit to be connected to a source of vacuum or pressure.
