An operating unit (15) is provided with a magnet (22), to operate a magnetic sensor of a control unit (14). A circuit used for lighting and/or socket is closed, during activation of a maneuvering unit (16) comprising maneuvering element such as electromechanical relay, bi-stable relay. The operating unit uncouples from housing of the control unit, to open the circuit during deactivation of the maneuvering element.
