The production of dietetic foodstuff for babies and infants comprises cooling of goat and sheep milk with microorganisms and e.g. antibiotics, for separation of the fat, pasteurising and demineralization by osmosis. An independent claim is included for the product of the process, which incorporates specific amounts of vegetable oils and fat, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, fatty acids, nucleotides and e.g. carbohydrates.
